Question about the "delay"

Well we all have seen plenty of ramblings about why the delay in the announcement is a bad thing, but for one minute lets think at why CP is delaying the announcement...sorry if this has already been discussed...but it really makes no sense to me, unless CP is concerned with safety issues or the such....oh and while i have the floor, Jeff, I saw you several times walking past the Ripcord (i assume u park in soak city lot)...I was gonna try to get your attention to ride, but you always were b-lining it for the entrance....oh well...maybe next year
