Question about a picture in the gallery

I have a question, where was this picture taken, and what is it?

Is it an old electrical shed for WWL or is it for lighting around that section, or something else entirly.
Since it looks like it has been there awhile I don't think it was built for P2007. :)

Wouldn't it be hillarious if the ride wasn't named Maverick?! That would give me a good laugh. haha.

I know it is gonna be Maverick, but it would still be funny if it wasn't.
