Quality Inn and Suites Waterpark?

Can anyone from the Sandusky area verify that this is being built, and if it looks any good (if visible from the road)? I am interested in possibly staying there opening weekend. There is no mention of waterslides or anything like that on the hotel's website, only mention that the pool is currently closed and will reopen May 1.

I saw it a couple weeks ago.. Its nothing like a Castaway or a Kalahari two slides I believe but its still under construction
