I wrote a Cedar Point purity test back in 1998 and posted it on r.r-c. I thought it would be a good time to bring it back. Have fun with it and feel free to discuss your answers.
My score back when I wrote it was 60.

I just took the test and came up with a score of 68.
I just took it and came up with a 55. I feel really subpar now.

I ended up with an 83! I guess i need to find another hobby!!
36, I guess I'm really subpar.
I only scored 48-1/2. I gave myself a half-point because I have never played the Challenge Golf course, but I *have* played the Cedar Classic course which was removed some years ago, and which was not listed on WS's test...

I've updated the list somewhat and automated the process just a bit. [95% same questions with some small changes]

Scored a 38, too... dangit.
[Dan, you had better earn your rating. Dave, there's a question all your own. G ]

I feel subpar too, only 66. Then again I have only been a season pass holder for four years so some of the older stuff I could only have wished to have done.

I think the employee questions helped me out a lot hehe. And the fact that I've been going there since shortly after I was conceived(literally, you know, my mother and father went there when my mom was 4 months pregnant with me).

Wow. That's scary. =)
Actually, 66 is pretty good.
Another 14 and you would have gotten to "Dan Haverlock". =)
It's broken down like this:
10:Richard Kinzel"
20:Dan Haverlock"
30:Dangerously Addicted"
40:Dedicated"
50:Average"
60:Fair-weather Fan"
70:Six Flags Victim"
80:Beginner"
90:Newbie"
100:Rep. Ed Markey [MA]"
Your "purity" is 100-x, with x being the number of boxes you selected. I may stagger the poll somewhat so that the more extreme accomplishments are worth more. For example, a 'Dan Haverlock snicker requires 80 boxes, or a purity of 20%.
71% corrupt makes me...DANGEROUSLY ADDICTED!!!
Wow. I've been going to CP every year for the 17 years of my life and I'm a newbie. :( You're right....that is humbling....But it is nice to know I won't need a shrink for this.
70... didn't think I'd score quite that high. It helps that my first visit was in 1976, I guess (when some of our members here weren't even a twinkle ;)).
