Purchasing Different On-Ride Photos

I was looking on eBay today and I saw an on-ride photo of Randy Moss. I'm sure the person selling it isn't him, so it got me thinking, are you allowed to purchase someone else's on-ride photo? It'd be really weird to buy a stranger's picture, but are you allowed to?

Here's the link to the listing:

I would say yes. Just give them the photo number and pay. I don't know if there is a policy on this. I wouldn't mention that it is not your photo. shouldn't be a problem. Could be different if a celebrity is involved.

2008 visits = 38, 2009 = 19, 2010 = 11, 2011 = 14, 2012 = 10, 2013 = 14, 2014 = 14, 2015= 13, 2016 = 11, 2017 = 5, 2018 = 3

Unless he talked to him in line, the seller is just guessing that is who it was. The seller probably purchased the photo because he himself was in the picture, and one of his buddies said "hey, isn't that Randy Moss? you should sell it on ebay!
