Purchase with Purchase offer?

Is there a T-shirt (or tote bag or something else) offer when you buy a certain amount at the stores this year? The last few years we've loved the dated shirts we get from the offer.

I've only seen spend $75, and get 1 free(select) item, spend $100 get two free(select) items etc.The t-shirts are black w/ neon accents, dated 2016. Pass-holder discounts don't apply(as of yet). The shirt is nice, but not a thick nice cotton like others.

We had $75 worth of stuff and the cashier offered us the free item or the platinum discount. So with a platinum pass you need like $83 to get a free item.

So, two 20oz Cokes and a Snickers bar... That's around $83
