Profile page update

Still working on updating the member profile system. It's mostly done, but I have to wait for my host to change a few things. Then some more testing, and it should be ready to go.

Start preparing those photos of yourself... they will have to be less than 25K, JPEG and not more than 300 pixels wide.

No. It's optional.

The scripts are ready to go and the upload works, but I haven't finished the approval script.
