Prestige passes

Anyone know if they are going to have another sale for prestige passes? I am now seeing $300 for new and $300 for renewal. I swear it said 250 for new and 225 for renewal until memorial Day last time I looked lol

I certainly hope they do not have anymore sales for them, they were basically giving them away ever since they went on sale and I am willing to bet the "benefits" such as preferred parking and access to the VIP lounge will be pretty much worthless on every weekend and most days throughout the summer.

Couldn’t agree with you more. I’m hoping the days of heavily discounted passes is coming to an end.

I only got one last fall because of the price. I’ll see how it works for my needs this year but I agree I’m sure it’ll be super busy in the prestige category. Either way I’m just looking forward to the park being open again.

Absolutely, why wouldn't you get one for an extra $60? It was an easy call this year vs. the several hundred dollar gap of previous years. To top it off offering anyone outside of the midwest the $500 all season fast lane coupled with an $80 upgrade to a prestige pass.

I am definitely looking forward to the park being open again as well but I have a feeling that will be dashed rather quickly with a jam packed lounge, no access to preferred parking after 9:37 and the gap between fast lane and stand-by wait times shrinking. I truly hope I can post here again in July and talk about how wrong I was.

The problem isn't that they offer upgraded experiences like the Prestige Pass benefits and fast lane passes but rather they charge bargain bin discounted prices for these "premium" experiences.

Don’t get me started on the fastlane vs regular lines. At this rate it would be faster for everyone to just go back to one line.

I would prefer it to be honest. Although I have to admit, those single use Fast Lane’s for the popular rides have come in clutch a few times. Especially when some of the ride ops forget to scan them.
