Power Tower stalling??

Took a glance at the live video stream and it seems that one of the dropside towers has a car stalled about 1/4 of the way up. I was wondering if anyone has seen this in person or been on the ride as it stalled. If the ride stalled at the top where the 10second interval passes (or any place for that matter) how would the passengers be retrieved? The ladder up the side? If anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Just looked again after I posted this and the ride started again for roughly 5seconds and then stalled again.

it could be too that they are stopping it for whatever reason as they go over procedures with new workers.....all towers have been running pretty consistently for the last couple weeks so I doubt that it is true stalling that is occurring

I've seen them work on ours here at Valleyfair! and when they are working on it at the bottom, they just raise it a bit to work on the bottom of the ride. I'm sure that's what they are doing.

Yah, they have the ability to put the cars anywhere they want on the towers. It could also be that maybe they are working on e-stopping it, because I believe an e-stop will also make it stop on the tower like that. One of my best friends is out there right now on the Power Tower crew. Can't wait to visit him opening day.
