Power Tower or Demon Drop?
Alright, I already started the Turbo Drop or Space Shot thread, now it is time for the park's two "freefall" rides. Which do you prefer? If you only had time (with no wait) for one which would it be?
It is hard for me to decide. Just sitting there at 300 feet in the air can't be beat.. but Demon Drop's forces on your body are MUCH greater...
I think DD is a bigger thrill, while PT is more just a "fun" ride. What do you think?

I like Power Tower better because it is taller. But I can't confirm this claim because I haven't ridden DD in 7 years! Speaking of not riding it, I just might have to make a stop there tomorrow...
I don't know if I am the only be one but you really can't compare. Power Tower is a great ride and so is Demon Drop. Power Tower if I had to choose

demon drop is very smooth, but pt anyday. better to see the park or the lake instead of the parking lot.

Easy answer...Power Tower all the way. The feeling I get when climbing 240ft. in the air slowly is just incredible...then sitting there for about ten seconds..I feel like every time is the first time I have riden it. Demon Drop is scary by giving you that strange feeling in your stomach, but it's a little rough for me after the drop.
That is hard. I do like power tower for how high it is and also how you get shot down. But DD is cool becuase it uses just gravity and also the curve at the bottom where you turn to laydown is just cool. I have to say I would choose PT, but it is almost a tie.

I like Demon Drop better because its of the only rides at CP that still "flips my stomach" and I'm not talking about air time. Plus theres hardly ever a wait for it.

Good question. I like PT because the drop is insane. It's so fast it scares the crap outta me everytime! But this year, I rode DD for the first time in years and never remembered it being so thrilling! The force at the bottom slope is incredible!! I think they're both special but if I had to chose, PT.

Rode DD yesterday, and I still like PT better. They both give me that stomach-losing feeling, but PT has a better view.
Power Tower all the way. My family and friends that go with us think DD hurts our back when it curves at the bottom. PT definately has a better view.
