Post reactions?

Someone posted something today that I laughed at, but it added nothing to the conversation so it really doesn’t deserve a “+1”. I’m thinking about the WebEx discussions I have at work; while WebEx is a pretty awful discussion forum, it does allow any given message to be tagged with various reactions which are then counted up when present.

I don’t know; we haven’t had that forever, but maybe a feature to consider.
