There's a slight chance CBaby and I might hit the park while visiting the folks.

There's an even slighter chance Da Midget may accompany us if she hits 48" in shoes by then.

No Jeff, REMEMBER how CROWDED ;) Friday evenings were last year? We vowed to NEVER;) return on a Friday. We shouold do our civic duty and spread the word. "Stay away on Fridays"...we want the lines to be shorter for US!

Midway Market is always a great way to start the evening!

Our odds are still slight, but more likely to be Friday PM than any other time.

Count Da Midget out.....she's right on the 48" line and a pint-sized drama queen to boot. Maybe next year for her.

Okayyyyyy.....the plot just got a lot thicker.

This has gone from CBaby and me sneaking off for a few rides to about 2 carloads of people in a matter of days.

This group now includes my Mom and Dad--and my Mom couldn't stand gonig back in the 70s. I don't get it. There's people I haven't met yet tagging along. Playette didn't really wanna go and now she has no other options.

Worse yet, only Playette, the kids and maybe my older sister know my alter ego. No one else has any idea I'm the 'Playa at all.

It's a three-ring circus. It's entertaining for all the wrong reasons. It's a fiasco in the making that Jerry Seinfeld would shake his head at. Stay tuned for the BulletPoint TR. I'll name it now.....CP: WTF?!?!?

But could someone tell me which coasters and rides are closed on Fridays?

According to the park's web site, here's your list of what's open on Friday nights:

Demon Drop, Midway Carousel, Raptor, Cedar Downs, Kiddy Kingdom (6 rides only), Matterhorn, Scrambler, WildCat, Iron Dragon, Magnum, Power Tower, Millennium Force and Wicked Twister.

Something quite nice if you haven't noticed already... Each day of Halloweekends, Joe Cool Memeber and Resort Guests will be admitted to the Park, one half hour earlier than the general public.

This will give you an early start to your Halloween Fun!

yep....i am going to combine a trip to that in May with my annual spring trip to CP!! wooohooooo!! coasters and U2!! my life rocks!!

B-man was here in Chicago Monday and Tuesday. wish i had those days off....:)
