Possible DD Face Lift

With some of this new bright color schemes appearing on the midways, do you think Demon Drop will soon sport a new appearance? Maybe give DD's tower a neon tone and brightly painted cars with up to date graphics and logos.

When I think of Demons, I think more of colors more of the darker side. If anything, they should leave it rust. With Demon Drop being a fairly thrilling ride as it is, it would look even more thrilling if it looked like the ride was going to fall apart when you ride it. Might fit the theme a little more, if there even is a theme for that ride.

Actually someone mentioned to me this summer that Demon Drop's black track had been repainted, which was news to me. When I went and looked at the track it did appear repainted a flat black. Maybe they will be repainting the rest of the structure this off-season.

They better repaint Magnum this off-season. Judging by the test strip of paint under the hill, the rest of the ride will look awesome.

Magnum, Millenium Force, Demon Drop -all could use a paintjob! Mantis looked sweet this year with its new paint job. raptors not that bad, and corkscrew was just redone. Mean streaks wood is looking quite grrewn and very old these days too.

Dragster needs a new paintjob. No I'm just pulling your legs. I agree about Magnum, MF could use another but no big deal. Wasn't Raptor just repainted, I'm not sure.

Demon Drop would look cool with the 'falling appart look'. Magnum really needs to be painted.

Demon Drop looks good with the whole 'fallign apart' look. If they were going to repaint it, I suggest a rusty red like the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

I think demon drop should be painted a very dark red. They should put a devil looking creature at the top just to make it look cooler.

Magnum is due for a paint job first. After that, I would say MF.

I was doing some thinking, and I think Gemini would look neat if they painted the tracks red and blue.

Cedar Point is in the Process of Repainting there Rides. Wild Cat and Mantis were in 2003 and CorkScrew, Iron Dragon, Sky Ride, and Dodegem all recevied new Face Lifts for 2004. What will come for 2005 who knows. MF was a selected one they have new Blue on it to see how it does with the trains rolling over it. Magnum does really bad need a Paint Job. Good Post and I can keep you updated as soon as us Supervisors know what going on we are kinda Busy right now getting ready for Halloweekends
