Pool at Bay Harbor?

So, I was just looking at bing maps and noticed that there is a pool next to the Bay Harbor restaurant? Who exactly is that used for?

That pool is reserved for the people at with slips at the marina.

I wish the google image picture would be updated to at least show GateKeeper.

On some angles they don't even show STR or Windseeker.

And until recently, Bing maps didn't show Maverick either on certain angles.
