Poll: ride coloring

With all of the talk of the rides getting painted and such, let's try something different. If you had the power to paint one of the rollercoasters/rides in the park, what would you choose?

Personally, I think it would be neat to see the Wildcat painted yellow and dark blue. Yellow supports and dark blue track. About the same shades as the Montu over in Busch Gardens. Just for something a little different.

Cedar Point, the cure for the Summertime blues!

I know it's been talked about to death but I would switch the raptor and mantis colors.

If I had the power to change the color, I guess I'd pretty much have enough power to rename it while I'm at it... I would love to see Mantis back as Banshee. Painted with rust/brown/grey track coloring (think Nemesis), black supports, and old, condemned barns that the train dove through.

I think it would have actually extended the look of Frontier Trail out further, and what a perfect way to work another major thrill ride (outside of Mean Streak) into the 'theme' of the trail.

But looking back on it now, that would have made Millennium Force look pretty darn awkward. ;)

I would paint the DT building Clear if I could.

I think a fresh coat of green and purple paint would suit Magnum quite well.
I would paint Power Tower a dark blue with cool designs and various colored lines running up and down the structure. I would use very bright paint to give it a 3-D effect.

This poll isn't getting much response. I'll try something different.

I'd paint the Magnum XL-200 in a red white and blue scheme. I'd put the Raptor colors to Mantis. I'd recolor Raptor in black, silver and yellow.
while the colors of Raptor would suit Mantis better, I do like the "cool" green color brought to the sunny main midway. If I could change the color of one ride, I'd probably have to go with Millennium Force. I really don't understand the multi-color trains, especially the blue train against blue track. I'd paint it electric purple with black supports and silver (stainless steel) trains
Paint Mean Streak white. For some reason, I always associate a wooden coaster as being painted white. (I guess growing up around SFSTL and the Screamin' Eagle does that to you!)

Pearl Jam + Cedar Point=Heaven on earth.

I think we need to put a splash of purple on all the rides. It would make the ensemble match and make it SUPER!!!!

Christopher Lowell

Hah! If we're talking Christopher Lowell, we need to make sure all the rides have "uplightsth" and that each window of every building has "valancthes" to match the interior decor.
