Pokemon hunting at Cedar Point and Michigan Adventure!

My older kids still like Pokemon hunting and asked me if there is a bunch of Pokemon at Cedar Point and Michigan's Adventure. What are people's experiences? :)

Yes. I played a lot with my daughters last year at both Cedar Point and Michigan's Adventure. They became our favorite places to play. (Be sure to have an extra charger for your phones, however!)

Tall and fast not so much upside down...

Stops galore and does help kill the time spent in line. Plus think of all the eggs you can hatch from walking.

(Or so I've heard...)

You boneheads need to learn how to roll up the extension cord for the fluggegecheimen when you're done with it!

It's a great place to be during community day or a research task event. There are a ton of Pokestops and 14 Gyms. In the image below, the orange dots are regular gyms and the red dot is an EX Raid eligible gym. If you want to do a raid that you need help with (legendary), my suggestion is to be at the gym when the egg is hatching. Your best bet is to raid at a gym within reach of a queue of a popular ride, like the Mean Streak (Steel Vengeance) gym. You'll find that many gyms have name of rides and attractions that are no longer there. (At least as of my last visit) Also keep in mind that if you end up getting an EX Raid invitation, the raid will be a week or more after your original visit. I'm not sure how well Ex Raids have gone there, but you would need at least 4 strong players to beat the current form of Deoxys. This Deoxys Defense form will likely still be active at the beginning of the season and then most of the rest of the season will likely be The Deoxys Speed form.
