This site's current content launched over the night that I had planned to leave for a CP weekend. I DID make that weekend and hit the site when I got back. My membership runs out in early June.

I want to expierence NO downtime/ads here ever again. Please tell me when the deadline for renewal.

Maybe a Lifetime Membership is an option to generate revenue? How much? I dunno, 50 bucks?

It gets rid of all the intrusive ads. Popups for sure. And it speeds up things alot!

I run McAfee, too. You don't know what you're missing.

Maybe Jeff should offer the site "ad free" or as it's recieved by members for a weekend. Maybe you'd buy it after you tried it.

Wow, they just had a 200+ post on this on coasterbuzz. However I'm curious, why does it not say anything about pop-up blockers in the TOS as it does at Coasterbuzz?

The premium account was definately a good investment for me. I really enjoy not getting the ads all the time.

I agree.. I have been ad-free since the first week Jeff offered it on Guide to the Point.

Mr. Scott, In your original post I could not tell if you were inquiring, or complaining. Now I know..

I was able to put up with the ads until the giant one appeared on the left between the MaxAir pic and the other stuff. Since then I have been considering upgrading just so I don't have to look at that.

It's not just for stopping pop-ups and ads, you're actually supporting the site!
