It appears that the remaining trees on the Twister midway will be getting new planters and/or benches around them. All the old round planters have been removed and the concrete has been cut in a square pattern around them.

^The LARGE tree by the Gazebo that was cut down was already almost completely dead. It dropped sticks and branches fairly often, so it was only time. The rest with the brick removed appear to be staying, I'm sure they are just updating the landscaping around and adding new retaining walls... they were all looking a bit rough. The wind seeker area is obvious, room for the crane. They usually replant trees elsewhere once construction is complete... but it will obviously take years to get them to a respectable height.

In the above photos (see here), it looks as though part of WT's queue (specifically, the section located on the beach side of the stadium) has been removed. Am I seeing that correctly? Does anyone know what that area will be used for?

It seems to me that Corkscrew has had some welding done after looking at the pics from jmen. These are the photos with the red straps tied to the cross beams, in one shot in particular the blue paint at the seams don't match the rest of the paint. But, then again I may be seeing things, or the light is playing tricks with the image.

I know these are a bit late to the game. But here are some more pics.

I'm curious, i've looked through most all of the pics people have taken in these off-season events and I saw no draggin iron train pics. I was very curious on the contrapment used to hold those cars up in place, how much similiar would it be to Raptor's? If there are pics and I just plain missed missed them, then my bad.

The Iron Drgon cribbing is not complicated at all...as I recall, they simply cradle the bottom of the tub in such a way that the whole assembly can be lifted with a forklift.
The only coaster that appeared to have trains on it was Gemini, with a pair of trains on the storage track.
