Platinum pass vs. reg CP pass

Unless I am mistaken, didn't all season pass holders get early entry along with resort guests? I only see that for Platinum passholders on the CP website. I wonder if early entry also applies to Halloweekends as it has in the past.

Aside from Resort Guests, Early Entry was always for Platinum only. Before Platinum existed, early entry was for Max Pass and before that is was for Joe Cool.

Also with platinum, you get free parking.

Usually they lack even checking that, my girlfriend and I made it to Cedar Point 43 times last year and went to the hour early at least half of those trips, and they let people with regular passes in but they just sneaked in the platinum pass holders like ourselves.

It's worth it to be able to visit the other CP parks too! Last year as an employee, I went to Kings Dominion on opening day and you still get the free parking and entry if you have the platinum pass. It's worth it!

Sounds much easier then using the Shop near the sky ride and use old passes to cross the line...
