Platinum Pass General ERT

Sorry for starting a new topic on this, I couldn't find any info after searching.

I have a platinum pass and will be heading up to the Point in less than 2 weeks. My friend who is going with me, doesn't have a pass. I told her about ERT and she suggested I go do it and she will meet up with me once the park opens. I usually park in the Soak City Lot, if I do so this time, I know I can scan my pass and head up through the park. Will she have to sit outside of the gate or is she able to scan her ticket and go up to a certain point (I think right under Magnum)?

Do any of the other gates have anything like that? The one next to the Good Times Theatre or the Beach gate? I know the front does, is it completely separated?

I believe that you get turned away at the beach,resort, and marina gates without a platinum pass or key-card before 9:55 or so.
