Proud to be a Shoeless Rider!
Live life to the hight.
My students get this really surprised look on their faces when I tell them I used to go on tour. It's as if professors can't possibly have any, ahem, skeletons in their closets.
For me, my drug of choice is speed. :) Really. Roller coasters and fast cars (see my signature). My next toy is a motorcycle in the next month... :)
Oh, and my license plate? It's "CU L8R V8"

"This second hill is my favorite part of the ride. It is so Cool!"
I almost got stuck on MF
You know its not funny when you write immediately after your joke "Yeah, I know, that was almost funny." and then make the situation worse with "Alot of pun intended." Great Scott Hooper.
Ahhem...And I'm sorry to say, UCSigep, my 1967 Mercury Cougar, V8 351 Windsor would not only blow away your plastic GSX whatever engine, but would tear it like tin foil in any crash.
Please, just go with American made beasts, and you'll always be a lot better off.

Steelrider, I don't doubt it would beat me now, but in a couple months when I'm running 11's, it may be a little closer. What kinda 1/4mi times do you run? :) Plus, from a dig, my AWD will get ya in the 60'. This is the reason I got the plates, to stir up people... You know how many times I've had domestic v8's look at me and shake their head. Then when we go and I pull on em, they won't even look. I always try and give the thumbs up, but they don't seem to like getting beat by a "rice burner."

What is most anticipated event of 2003? the debut of Dragster, the release of Metallica's new album, the release of Terminator 3, or the release of Matrix:Reloaded...tough call.

yeah, and my 1964 Buick LeSabre (RIP sweetheart) with a V-8 365 Wildcat in it would have taken on your '67 Cougar no problem...

It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? :)
