Planning a trip

Hi all,

first of all, I'm from Spain and sorry for my English :-)

I'm planning to go to Cedar Point with my girlfriend for the next August 29th, and we have booked a room at Breakers Express for the night of 28th and 29th. I have many questions, and I tried to read some posts but most of them are very old. So if you can help me, it would be great!!

1.- As I told you before, I'm staying at Breakers Express, do I need to take the car to arrive to Cedar Point? Are these parking free of charge?
2.- On that day the park will open at 11am, but we have the early entry. In that hour I should take a ride to the most requested roller coasters. Which are these?
3.- Can I download any printable map of the park?
4.- One day is never enough for a amusement park, but do you think that I have time enough for one ride in each of them?

Thanks for your help!!!

So sorry, any admin can move this topic to the Trip Planning forum?

Hola. Primero, tu ingles es mas mejor de muchas de las personas aqui. No chiste.

Now, back to English.

1. You will need your own transportation from Breakers Express to the park. (The other three resorts are located on the peninsula along with the park itself.) Breakers Express is a short, five minute drive from Cedar Point. I believe accommodations at Breakers Express do not include parking fees.

2. The coasters that are open for the early entry hour are: Raptor, Millennium Force, Maverick, and Iron Dragon. Of these four, the most important ones -- the ones that will have the longest lines later -- are Millennium Force and Maverick. With luck, you should get rides on both of those before the park opens to the general public.

3. A downloadable map is available through cedarpoint.com. I think it is printable.

4. Trying to get rides on all the coasters in one day can be difficult if the park is crowded. However, if you stay from early open to close, and you are determined to do so (this means probably not doing anything else with your day other than eating and walking), it should be possible to get to all the coasters in one full day, even on a busy day.

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta!!

And thanks for the clues. Finally I found the printable map.

I read on the hotel booking this line: "Cedar Point parking voucher valid for length of stay.", but I don't know that is talking about the parking of the hotel or the CP parking.

You're welcome!

There is no charge that I'm aware of for parking at Breakers Express, so the voucher must be for parking at the park itself.

Hope you have a great trip, and make sure to tell us all about your visit!
