Pirate Ride Mural Arrrrgggg!

I was playing around with some old photos and ran across some of the old Pirate Ride. I decided to edit several together and create one big panorama of the mural that used to be in the loading area.

lol I still couldn't help but laugh at the corniness / randomness of the ride a bit, but today it was taking on a more vintage vibe with me, which was kind of cool.

I just remember how awful the maintenance was on Pirate Ride at times. One of my later rides, the bar scene didn't work, the dragon balloon didn't blow up, no octopus movement, no cannons or sound in the ship room, no hanging, no moving skeleton or laughing at the end...it was just a dark ride with a whole lot of nothing. You know...it kind of reminds me of the state of Disaster Transport today...
