PipeLine cont.

ok due to some closing I dont know what happened....but believe me they will get a PipeLine. I don't know what is wrong with you people, but I will laugh right in your faces when I turn out to be right. Just trying to prove a point here, I dont know why my post was closed, this is not just a guess!

well you don't prove anything here. what are the sources you get this information from? At least answer that!

As Kinzel said Cedar Point HAS room, so thats not a problem, and 2nd, This is so small of a coaster that it doesnt need much space. 3rd, I will tell you the source in a couple of days, just hang in their. 4th, Why the heck would they build a TA2k if they just got MF 2 years ago...THINK????? They wont go for height, they just set a new record so I dont think they will get a TA2k, or at least I dont see it happening in the future.

Also, everyone is spreading rumors, and yes I would like to know what there getting so its not just me whos spreading rumors, maybe this is a fact or not i dont know, alright?

They are all right, it's gonna be funny when you dont have a pipeline. Hell, I'll bet 200 dollars a pipeline will not be added. Anyone else wanna make a quick 200???

I would be SO disappointed if they got a Pipeline!!! They are going to build a GOOD coaster next year.

The only way they'll get something like that is if they get more than 2 coasters, which won't happen, so don't worry about it!!

A pipeline to me sounds very unlikely. I also agree that a TA2K will probably not follow up after Millennium Force. Why? After riding Millennium Force many times and looking at the layout of it, I would have to say that ride is built primarily on speed. What are TA2Ks based on? Speed! So why get a coaster 2 years later that goes faster than Millennium Force? Not very good marketing. I'm beginning to speculate that Cedar Point won't get anything big next year due to the recent reduction in price of Season Passes.

Thanks SapMan, you get my point, they are built on speed, and sometimes height....I think Kinzel is smarter than that to build a TA2K right after Millennium Force. Finally someone gets my point, but I think they will try to break records with another type of coaster than a TA2K....Also when S&S debut the TA2K kinzel didnt say I want that this summer like he did slingshot, so i think they will try for something new that no one has got.

P.S. A FULLY CONSTRUCTED Pipeline has been built and is fully operational, in Plaza, Lotte World, Pusan, South Korea .Sry for this wrong info

Why is there such a big debate about this? Why can't we all just get along: 1st: we can all wait a few weeks till the press release, and 2nd: there are plenty more things to worry about in the this world rather than what kind of ride is going to be built at Cedar Point.....like, say the fact that troops are being sent out for a possible war??? Just something to think about....

Lets see. I am going to try and stay nuetral but there is one problem. Before Millennium Force was made there were so many rumors that supported it being built, but no one wanted to believe it, it was tooo high. Now its here. And what about Phantom's Revenge? Oh my gawd, I remember everyone who said, "They are not going to keep the first two hills, thats dumb, they are going to tear the whole thing down and build everything new." But look what happened. People shot both of them down and they were right. Now I don't know about this guy, he could be right, he could be wrong but don't shoot him down so hard because if he is right, you will look very very stupid.

As for getting a TA2K, Millennium Force is built for speed and so is a TA2K but TA2K is a launch coaster, Millennium Force isn't. They would give 2 differents sensations so I think it would be safe to get one.

Just because some people don't want a PipeLine, doesn't mean it isn't going to be built because of some bad reaction to the coaster. Im sure it will turn out to be a sucess to some, and a disapointment to others if it is built. Im all for it, just another QUALITY coaster for the PO!NT!

QuantumForce, the only reason that everyone here is turning against you is because there have been SO many of the same threads in the last year saying "CP will get (insert ride here) in 2002, according to reliable sources", but the thing is that most have been completely different coasters! We have people swearing that they are getting a TA2K, we have others swearing they are getting a woodie, we have you saying they getting a pipeline, and of course we have those swearing they are getting the new inverted-standup-giga-woodie ;) If you feel strongly that they are getting the pipeline, thats great, but just realize that people here will take it as another countless rumor thread.

I personally see no logic in the pipeline other than it would fit in a small area. And even though I see what youre thinking about the TA2K, I think it would be more reasonable to use a small area for a TA2K than for a pipeline. But like everyone else, I urge you to wait for the announcement, it should come very soon...
