Good job...its hard to belive they are going to fit them in that small space..I noticed when i was there wednesday...there are 3 spots..so i take it there will be 3 of these? Seems like a tight fit..lol But you know CP..they make it fit..great job on the pics..!
Great pictures Rob! How did you get up to the trucks so close without them caring or maybe knowing ?
Rob, are you thinking that the towers maybe over the exspected hight we all were assuming? I have read at several different sites, that the towers are going to be somewhere between 260' to 280', whats your guess?

Thanks for the great pictures!

thats a safe guess Alex...

Why does everyone feel the need to compare to SFMM?

mf laps = 100! No More No Less!!
I was just pointing out the fact that the only other pics we've ever seen on the net of this contraption is the ones from SFMM. I said nothing about "bigger and better" hehehe.. I know they are two differnet markets and are not "competing".

There have also been some rather distant ones taken of the proto-type in Utah, but the SFMM ones were always taken from the other side of the construction area.

How I got the pics.. Sorry.. not going to reveal my evil ways.. heheh Lets just say it helps to know people when security comes a callin'

Challenge Park site of Point's next thrill

Park keeps quiet, but coaster fan Web sites speculate about tower or slingshot ride.

Jeez, not even a mention of who you're staying with...I get no respect here ;-)

What I am curious about though is how exactly does this ride work. So far all of the pictures I've seen tend to just confuse me even more on how you're strapped in and what it does.
