Physics Day Attendance

How does Physics Day (May 10 this year) attendance compare to other days in the first half of May?

Others have said "If you're not a physics student, don't go" - that sounds like a bit of an exaggeration... at least I'm hoping so.

From what I've heard, don't go that day. :(

Well, last year on weekdays in May, everything was a near walk on, including MF. I did not go last year on Physics day, but physics day 2000 I waited in line an hour for everything.

I would personally stay clear of this day! A group of friends and I went to Cedar Point last summer in May and one of the days so luckily fell on Physics Day. The whole week we were there, there were alot of school groups but nothing prepared us for that day!

Physics day last year was not that bad. It was comparable to an average weekday in mid June.

So, I disagree with the folks who say "if you're not a physics student don't go."

I love the fact that our physics teacher is really cool and a big CP fan, so he knows to stay clear of the actual Physics Day and instead takes our class down on a different May weekday.

Yeah same here. My physics class is going on the 16th instead of the 10th. I'm glad.

Physics day in 2000 was the best even though it was busy.. Alot of us got to see something rather interesting on MF.. hehehehe

My school is going on the 10th. We're a middle school and usually we go on another day than the real physics day. Last year when our school went there was just Middle School Kids there so everything was a walk on. Too bad I wasn't in 8th grade then. I'm not sure why we scheduled for the 10th. But, I hope it's not too busy.
