Physics Day?

Howdy all,

I looked at CP's site but couldn't find this info. When is physics day this year? I am going to the point tomorrow but will cancel if it's physics day.

The "official" physics day was last friday, so you should be alright.

Physics Day is a day where physics classes from schools can attend and do lab work on the rides (like holding a ball to check out the negative g's). I think it includes middle and high school students.

It's a school's way of ruining a day at Cedar Point, that's what it is! I went my junior year for Honors Physics and my senior year for AP Physics. It may sound fun but all of the work sucked all of the fun out of it. That and by the time we were done with our packet, we only had an hour or so to mess around. I guess it wasn't too bad though cause I did get to miss all my classes those days!

Thank God it was last week. With the rotten luck I have, someone in front of me on MF would have lost one of those tennis ball thingees and hit me square in the face with it :)
