This might be a little to picky, but the photo gallery is showing ads with a premium account.

The new gallery isn't tied into the subscription system (yet). It will be when the new version is completely rolled out.

I kind of figured that, I just wanted to bring it to attention, I don't remember it being said before.

^I've used that, but since I'm on PointBuzz all the time, I figured it was worth $12 to support the site for a year.

It's really not that hard to understand:
1. You get enough out of this site to accept the advertising that comes with it.
2. You get enough out of this site to pay a whopping $12 a year to make the ads go away.
3. Neither the ads or the cost of a pizza is worth it, so you go get your Cedar Point news / community / photo / video fix somewhere else.
Unfortunately, people have this ridiculous belief that they are entitled to no-cost, ad-free content on the Internet. Do you also steal magazines from the newsstand, and then rip out all the ads before you read it?
Ben is right, you guys don't know what it costs to push around this much data. Not to mention the thousand of dollars of camera equipment, travel expenses, software, hardware, etc., that we've spent to give you guys this "crappy" site. But PointBuzz is not a 501(c)(3) charity. Neither Jeff or I will apologize for making a profit from something we enjoy. I wish I made enough from PointBuzz to make it my full-time job. If you don't like it, you don't have to come here.
(To answer Craig's original question, it's a coding issue that will be addressed when the next version comes out. The good news is, PointBuzz 2.0 doesn't look too far off.)
