Can I use my platinum pass while still on the payment plan? I’m paying on a payment plan for 6 people and 2 of the older kids want to use it early...

Yes. Your cards are valid immediately.
They become invalid if you stop paying.

Yes. I just purchased mine (so I've paid once so far) and used my pass on Saturday.
