I was at the Point on Sat. 6-10-00 and rode MF for the First time in the Front car , what a ride!!!!! , But while in line there were at least two people that had passed out. Is this a common thing Day-to-Day?
When i was there on 5-31 it looked like someone passed out at the beginning of the line. I never found out exactly what happened, but that's what it seemed like.
Heat Exhaustion? Or something else...The Force perhaps? LOL!

6/10/00 (aka Saturday) was one of those really hot days, right? I would guess that they didn't eat or drink before entering line and passed out due to the heat.

I was there too on Saturday. I saw 2 people being transported on a mini med-truck. It was really hot

That is probably the most logical reason why they passed out. Some people just don't think. They see a machine with $2.00 bottles of water and they say forget it, despite the fact that cups of water are free at stands. I have never seen anyone pass out on MF, or anyride for that matter, but I would think it was the heat.

Some people don't think. I was at the Iron Dragon refreshment stand last Sat., a lady was complaining that she couldn't find anyone who would sell her water. I told her that "they don't sell it to you, just ask for it, it's free". She just mumbled something and walked away without water.
Shockwave, a couple years ago. NOT GOOD!!!

Welcome back Raptor riders, how was your flight?
When it gets really, really hot up there, there are a few things you will see a lot more of than usual--
1) People keeling over on the midways
2) Meatwagon runs (usually in response to (1))
3) Blown lunches
One day last year there were areas in the park where it was hard to find a clean path, making me rethink the precision of the RCT model. And everywhere I went I had to keep making way for the little meatwagon...

I took my girlfriend on MF 2 nights ago, and she has asthma (sp?) and she said that she lost her breath going down the hill. I was wondering why she was so quiet over there when I was screaming my head off. She doesn't like the ride. I was wondering if any other people with asthma have had the same problem or not...

I have felt the Force, have you?
Force rides : 2
I seen people pass out in front of me in line! I asked if they were all right ten minutes before, they said yes. I guess they were wrong. As for the force I haven't seen anyone pass out but saturday I saw two fights!!

One of the guys with us said he almost blacked out on MF going down the first hill--he said he got sort of tunnel vision. It's really nice that they give you water at all the food stalls, so I don't know why anyone would get heat exhaustion. We did see some RCT-looking puke in the MF line, and actually saw someone puke on Raptor. Strange.

Like your girlfriend, my son, too, has asthma. He had no problem with MF, but he had given himself a quick inhaler treatment earlier in the evening.
If your girlfriend skipped her treatment (and it is possible to do that, especially when you're having fun at CP), that may have contributed to her breath loss.
My son has never had breathing problems at CP, other than weather-related (muggy, high mold count, etc.), although I thought I, a non-asthmatic, was going to pass-out a couple of years ago, from the fumes of the mini-racers at Challenge Park!
