Passed a semi on the way to cedar point saturday

I Passed a semi on the way to cedar point saturday on 80-90 toll road, it had a flatbed with ride parts and tubes on it it had a crate marked Smugglers Run (the crate was upside down. so it was a quick read at 85 mph. i slowed down but still could not read the second words right there was a ride pipe in the way. i am sure the first words were smugglers but i cannot confirm the second words.

there also was the hydrolic stops like the ones used at the top of wicked twister. i dont know if this is part of the CP mystery coaster or was ment for SF cleavland, or NY. anyway i passed it about 15 miles east of toledo, heading cedar points way. i looked around for it all day at cedar point but did not see the semi. unless they are under orders only to deliver at night or M-THURS.

anyway i thought i would share this if nayone knows about this one please post, i am curious to see where those parts are heading.

What were the colors of the ride parts you saw? That could help narrow things down.
well, they were yellow and some green the main tubes were like a greenish, but they didnt look right, like they were ment for underwater like the pillars that go near water on mantis, maybe a special paint? they were not bright and shiny like the parts visible now, maybe for mille island or a SF ride. i am going back on saturday if i see the parts in CP ill reply again

Maybe they are going to cp forWicked twister.
There are rumors that wt will be reconstructed to fix stress fractures in its support system.
Yea, the color scheme matches Wicked Twister exactly. Sea Foam green and yellow, with those "plunger" things from an Impulse. Looks like we'll have to start referring to it as Wicked Twister Mk II from now on ;)

Would also explain the many tracks of large trucks (cranes perhaps?) on the sand near Wicked Twister on Sunday.

I saw a truck on 80-90 just East of Toledo on Saturday also. However, it was a flatbed with something that looked like "cage" parts. Pretty curved and steel. I have NO clue what they were for or where they were going.

i bet that is why they moved the wt cam over to #16. they didn't want us to see them re-fix the ride. kinda funny really.
