Park lights darkness activated?

I was looking at the live webcam and noticed the game booth lights are on. I've been to the park when it has been cloudy before but never noticed any lights turning on until evening no matter how dark it gets during the day. So does this mean that only the game booths have darkness activated lights or is the entire park now set up with this system? Like I said, before I only noticed the lights turning on in the evening before sunset but never during the day even if it's cloudy. I always thought they were set on a timer to turn on at a specific time in the day but maybe I'm wrong...

Some lights are on timers, others are on a photo eye. Those that use a photo eye depend on which way it is pointed as to if it activates the lights.
