Parents at the Point

Kevinj,

Congrats! You are in for some fun and a deeper appreciation for your park-going days. Now that my son is nearly 5 we have been to Cedar Point and the Disney parks several times.

Going with your kids the first few times is like going to the park for YOUR first time. While you may be somewhat limited in what you do and how long you do it, I think you will appreciate it so much more.

I walked by the Frontier Trail a million times but when I was with my son I took notice of the "gallows" for the first time and we stopped for a picture. I appreciated the live shows a whole lot more when my kid recognized songs and sang along. I had a blast on rides I would walk by without a glance when I was younger.

Good times are ahead when the kid(s) can go with you. Good times indeed.
