We always pack a cooler to eat lunch/dinner with so we don't have to shell out buttloads of money to eat at CP and just get some snacks etc there. What do you pack in your cooler? Looking for ideas, we are going on Saturday!
What other necessities to you always pack?
We usually take grapes, sandwiches, pop/water, chips and little debbie snacks etc...
Necessities for me (definitely a change of clothes and shoes, and clothes in case it is cooler at night (hoodie/jeans) and ibprofen/tylenol) what else?
Been several years since I've been at the amusement park :)
Besides water and granola bars for my pockets, a poncho is a great thing to have. Other than that, it seems like you have a pretty good handle on it already. Have fun!

Eat 'em up, Tigers, eat 'em up!
Granola bars! Great idea!! Thanks. Pancho too, hmm expecially since forecasts for this weekend are showing 40% chance of rain on Saturday :( I sure do hope it doesn't rain!
When I pack a cooler, I take the condiments with me, mustard, mayo, ketchup, peanut butter, a loaf of bread, a bag of chips, plastic knives, forks, spoons. I pack deli ham, pack of bologna, pop-a couple of varieties, kool-aid bottles, water bottles, and you have to get either coleslaw or potato salad from the deli, or the wife won't eat out of the cooler. :)
I make everyone make their sandwiches at the car. So I have a cold cooler, and a warm cooler.
Don't forget garbage bags, or the plastic bags from the grocery store to throw the junk in. And maybe, but I don't get them. Clean wipes or napkins.
(on opening day, I actually packed a home baked birthday cake, separated it from the ice with a garbage bag, it stayed cool and didn't get soggy :))
GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.
Dramamine...that is a must for me! A crap pair of sunglasses in case you break/lose them, you won't care.
mini sub buns make a better sandwich IMO instead of a loaf of bread.

Mini-sub buns and some nice deli meat and cheese. Potato chips or cookies for a side/dessert. That's what my family packed every year when I was a kid.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
Wear cargo shorts to shove all your small loose articles in....sunglasses car keys etc.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I was thinking about putting some beer in there for the hubby! Sub buns, good idea!
JW- I don't have cargo shorts, was thinking about that yesterday so I am heading to the store tonight to try to find some.
Thanks all!
Not big on these, but fanny packs work well also, and you can wear it with you on all the rides.
