Orlando roller coaster got stuck.

Anyone ever ride this coaster?

I am an annual pass holder to Universal Orlando and have ridden this coaster many times. I enjoy it. Has some fun elements, and you get to pick what song you listen to thru the excellent seat speakers while you ride.

As to the getting stuck part, one of the trains stopped on the vertical lift hill just before the crest. About three hours later, the riders were freed. Three hours lying on your back looking at the night sky.

This ride, though fairly new, has had a rocky road with several problems over the few years it has been operational.

My buddy was down there and believe rode it the day it got stuck. We are going to CP tonight...I'll get the full story.

Rockit sucks. It's really an awful ride. Every hundred feet you hit a block.

That said, it has a vertical lift, so you can't just unload people half-way up. They cranked it up far enough that they could get the last row up to the steps on the side and let people out, one pair at a time.
