So since we know almost everything about Maverick what is your opinion?
I've never been to Cedar Point, but I hear it's nothing special.
Top 5 coasters: 1. Millenium Force 2.(tie) Dragster/Maverick 3. Shiekra 4. Alpengeist 5. Shivering Timbers
Like we really need a thread to ask opinions. Every 2007 thread is already full of them.

We don't know almost everything. There's plenty of mystery and plenty to learn next week, when it'll be easier to form an opinion.
Maybe some of us don't know everything, I have yet to click on one of those links it seems everyone has been posting... I will let you know my opinion on September 7th. That website has lot of respect in my opinion for posting what I assume to be a drawing of what P2007 will be? Shame on them for posting the information!
It looks like it will be a decent ride but it won't cause me to plan a trip to Cedar Point specifically to ride it. This year the Voyage was one of those rides that you plan a trip because they built the new ride, I don't think Maverick will be that kind of ride. I think it looks like it would be a great ride for any of the other Cedar Fair parks but for me Cedar Point has set higher standards. I am hoping there is still something that we don't know that will push it to that next level.
This is only my opinion but then again that is why this thread was created.
