Are those markings on the Frontier Trail for the Starlight Experience or are they new?
They're new, but they may or may not be for the Starlight Experience. At this point, it's anyone's guess.

Yes, they did another great job on the Kiddy Kingdom Carousel or Menagerie as I recently found out. I even made sure my son Alex rode the donkey.
