Open Seats

I just got back from C.P. and my 2nd day HAD to be on a Saturday. Waits were Terribble, so i barely rode anything. Raptor's and Mantis' lines were almost 2 hours. I also saw three people in one row. Most people dont mind if you ride with them. I think there should be a seperate queue for people riding alone that could wait for 3 people to ride with for 4-person rides.

It's a good idea. But to impliment it at CP would be difficult due to the intervals that the coasters need to hit. It would slow everything down. If anything, try it on MF since capacity on it took a nose dive!

I know at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, it works well on Apollo's Chariot. Once guests are boarding and the queue gates close, a ride-op will open up the gate for those waiting in the single rider line. You then go and fill in the empty seats.

Usually,at CP, when ride-ops really want the numbers, they will call out for single riders. Magnum and Raptor are always battling it out for most riders.

They do the same thing at BGT with Sheikra. Of course, for that ride it is a bit more needed since there are 8 across and not just 4. It works well because they have workers at the merge point assigning people to rows. I think that is probably the only way to do it without taking at hit in intervals. Merging in the single riders inside the station would be complicated.
