Only one of pictures bought was emailed

I visited Cedar Point on Saturday and bought the most expensive photo package and they said my prints would also be emailed to me. One photo was emailed but I had two poses and thought they both should be. I keep trying to call the number to Kaman's on the yellow slip and have left a message with no call back. I have tried calling again in normal business hours and it still just keeps prompting me to leave a message. Is there another way to contact to see about getting my other photo emailed?
