Once again, another webcam view!

The webcam on Cedar Downs changed direction this morning.  Now it's facing Blue Streak and Raptor, and you can see the trains go bye.

Finally, I've been wondering when they would move it again. I wonder if they'll have any of the webcams operating during the off-season, or if they'll either be removed (which I'd understand because of weather) or just post stock pictures from during the season.

I love this cam so much! I have been waiting for a live streaming cam FOREVER! FINALLY. And what a great spot for it. How often does it move?

Don't let life fly by.

It has been on Cedar Downs for a few weeks.  I don't think it's supposed to "move around" very often.  It's cool to see people stop and watch Raptor go by and see it for yourself.

I looked for the cam at the park yesterday.  It's up in the windows of the park operations building.  It looks like a normal video camera on a stand sticking through the shades.  Someone could easily move it a little more to the left and it would be right on Raptor's hill and loop.  Any of you employees here sneak into the second floor of it!!

I was looking for it yesterday and saw it there too. Its just a regular panasonic camcorder on a tripod setup to broadcast over the net.
