Things like park brochure maps tend to go for less, unless you're talking thirty years or older. I think that the 90's maps are much less valued because the people who collect this type of memorabilia have been doing so for some time and already have examples in their collection. Like myself, i've been collecting maps from CP back to 1989. Anything older and i have to find someone willing to part with it.
