Ok BESIDE MF, favoirte coaster and why?

Hi everyone. Some of you might have spotted me here recently asking questions. The thing is, after 3 years of yerning I am finally going to Cedar Point! I am way too excited as I am a coaster freak. I found this site months ago but just recently had interest to check out the forums here. I came here because I want to talk about Cedar Point with some CP buffs here. Since I'll be experiencing 12 of the baddest coasters in the world in a few weeks. I thought it would be fun to hear what your favorite coasters are (beside MF because I fear too many people might give the same answer but if you must answer MF I won't snap at you ;D) and why do you love it so much?

Me personally, I like positive G forces more than air time. I love the butterflies it gives me as I'm being pushed down real hard. My favorite coaster I've been on so far is Raging Bull at SFGA. It has great hops over the hills, followed by great postive G's and it's a very smooth ride.

My favorite ride is Raptor, and if you're a positive G nut, it might just become one of your faves too. My favorite place to ride is in car 8 all the way to the right (to me, the most intense seat in the entire park). In 8-4 you get mind-boggling 'pull over' on the first drop, the cobra-roll is very intense, and the helix finale is pure bliss.

Definitely Raptor. That final helix is incredible!

Magnum second best ride in the park. In my opinion. Night ride is the best but any ride is a good ride.

Besides the airtime,it has to be the placement of the ride. It would not be the same anywhere else. Being on shore of Lake Erie makes it such a great ride! There is so much to the ride. Good positive G's,loads of airtime,and one helluva view!!

Besides Magnum,I would say Raptor. Positive G's here are sensational!!

MF has gotten boring for me personally. It is an intense ride,but doesn't do anything for me anymore. It's just the world's largest kiddie ride to me. It just depends on what you like out of a ride. That's what makes us so special is being different.

Raptor definately! I love going around that slight turn right before you drop down the 1st hill and lots of positive g's especially the cobra roll and the helix.

Besides MF, it's gotta be Mantis, I love the inversions on it, the ride is non-stop and i like the tilted turnaround after the lift hill. All thos and a couple more make Mantis my 2nd favorite ride in the park.

I didn't know about this really, until I went power riding at Coastermania. I rode Magnum 17 times that day, and when the turn around trim was off, It was awesome! I was even doubting my feelings about MF--that is, until the night ERT.

Magnum is still my favorite ride after almost 300 coasters. IMHO it has the perfect blend of location, pacing, and get the hell outta the train NOW airtime.

Raptor?!? That coaster is absolutely....oh wait, I promised no Raptor bashing on GTTP (smile Jo :))

Seriously though, Maggie my second favorite coaster in the park, followed by Gemini, Mantis, Blue Streak, Raptor and Disaster Transport. After that, the rides blow equally :). That is to say I ride them but with no particular affection for one over the other.
