On the Official Cedar Point site on their main page they have the picture of the magnum with the navagation on the left. Does anyone think they might change that to the Millennium Force picture??? I emailed them about but I got no response...

Sorry, but I think the Magnum is 10X more picturesque than MF. Besides, every Cedar Fair park has their hyper on the home page...except uh...that one that doesn't have one...(cough Knott's..cough) YET!!!!!
I just think the snow is a cute touch.

I have to disagree with you there, CPcyclone. But I guess it's just my opinion. It might have to do with the fact that I followed MF's construction, but I think MF it WAAAAY more picturesque--at least more impressive.
Good to know that they havn't forgot about us.The obsessed people who go to the homepage every time we get on the internet.
I think that they should put more than one picture of a ride there, but Magnum does look good in a picture. A little off the topic, most parks try to lure "families" in. People who like the big rollercoasters may know about them or want to go, so they don't need to be convinced as much to come. The themes and environment are more important to "show off". Family fun is always the most important thing to have in a park. I'm just pointing this out because everyone here obviously is obsessed rollercoasters and may forget. We sit around and complain, discuss, and predict day after day about CP. Its kind of lame.

They will pry just leave the Magnum pic up there because they never update anything else (like what's instore for '01) well maybe we will see cleaner queue areas...I EMAILED THEM A COMPLAINT ABOUT GUM A WHILE AGO SO LET'S SEE IF THEY TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION ABOUT WHAT I SAID. Well I don't care the rides are still Da BoMb!

I think the gum is part of the theme! Every once in a while they will clean it up all over the park during the season.
ok,i think if they hired about 400 people to operate those little gum steam cleaners(i forget the catchy name it has)they might be able to keep up with the gum.But it would be hard for them to keep that pine tree near the top of mantis stairs by the entrance clean.(i tell everyone i'm with that its a gumwood tree :) )
The reason is very clear why they have Magnum there instead of MF or Raptor.....Magnum is the better ride.
