Big update from yesterday. Photos and video on our (getting crowded) GateKeeper page:
Great photos! Anybody else notice that everything has been torn down except for the lights that were used on Disaster Transport's entrance sign?

I did, and found it weird that they kept those.

Not being an engineer by any means, I will purely speculate by saying maybe they left those up to show them where some electrical lines are running? They usually use wooden stakes for that but maybe they thought it was easier just to leave those up for now and that way they would dig into the line.

There's only one reason those were probably kept. Also, thanks Walt for the new oct.2 video and pics, especially the panoramic ones, I tried capturing those Sunday (from threading 3 together on my camera) but didn't know how to upload them. The site is truly massive from left (by WT front tower) to the right (by the parking lot) and only going to get wider when the parking lot starts getting torn up in November. My other comments are on the 2013 thread.

Thanks. I looked right over them.
Breathe a sigh of relief that you haven't fallen so far down the rabbit hole so as to memorize the park's every light pole location. ;)
The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.
Yes, I have noticed the light poles in multiple pictures.
Also, what is up with the shed building is still standing. Does it has something to do with Troika?
I just checked in and I am so jazzed! Than you for the awesome update!!!
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
It's me, actually, and it's a Panasonic AF100, in this case with a Canon 24-105mm f/4 L lens on it.
