the fact that you know and tell them exactly how many DAYS till it opens

(when they basically just wanted to know which month)

Well there are a few things.
1 - the fact that a site like this exists
1b - the amount of visitors this site receives, when based souly around one park.
2 - the fact that we are the ones who are populating these forums
3 - When someone asks any of us about CP, we immediately can hold a conversation, by ourselves, for hours on end.
4 - When you are on at 5am just to read these articles
5 - When you have to drive 6 hours for one park, that you visit over 10 times a year ('99)
6 - When someone says something about brilliant arrow's, you immediately think of the Magnum (but what else are you supposed to think of?)
7 - When you think of Jungle Larry's whenever you pass the Animal Planet on tv.
8 - And for the employees - when you complain about working an o-c in august, then the day after your contract is up, you want to go back for more!

1. The fact that I AM on at 5am reading these posts, and then responding to them...and then getting up 2 hours later for school.
2. The fact that you go to work and everyone knows NOT to say Cedar Point...or rollercoaster for fear of information about either that they don't give a $#!^ about.
3. The fact that you swear Jeff's countdown is off by a day and you use your own computer to make sure which is correct...my calculation says as of Tuesday, it's only 96 days left...
4. The fact that the first thing you do when signing on-line is not to check your mail, but to find out who's said what on here.
5. The fact that you know every track layout by heart and could close your eyes and ride the coaster at a moments notice...or better yet...in your sleep (and you STILL remember the layout!)
6. The fact that this was your first true season at Cedar Point filled with rollercoaster galore that you figured out how far you traveled, in feet and miles, on each coaster, and how far total you've traveled...Jeff said in response to that on Coasterbuzz...I think knowing that information and sharing it is borderline creepy!...well, 138,582 feet...26.25 miles...Obsessed?? Me?? Nah...

I live 30 minutes south of Saginaw in Chesaning. It takes me about 3 hours 45 minutes to get to CP. I live closer to Brant though (which is a very tiny town), have a Brant phone number but a Chesaning address. Make sense? thought not.
