Not impressed

I know that alot of you guys will like this ride if you have never been on an intamin impulse coaster.  I do like Superman Ultimate Escape at SFWOA but I don't see anything different with this ride then with the one that is hour or so down the street.  I am feeling sorry for the ride crews already that are going to have to deal with guest that aren't moving in line.  Millennium Force's line keeps moving all the time and hardly ever stands still.  Things I have noticed with single operating trains is that lines don't move and when they do you travel a very short distance.  Superman's line never moves and when you finally do get into the station you seem to stand there for hours on end (not fun)...I don't mind waiting in lines, but with the amount of guests that visit CP every summer there are going to be nights when the crew is never going to get to leave.  It will be a great ride however, every other inmpulse I have ridden has been wonderful, but be prepared to wait a long time for a short ride.

Their are alot of people disapointed with this addition. I for one am not. But, it's like you said because I've never been an an impulse.

Here is a link to another thread dealing with this, and I think there is another, but this will do...  http://www.guidetothepoint.com/thepoint/cpplace/thread.asp?ForumID=6&TopicID=6583

I think impulses are great anyways... and i'm curious too try going forwards down a twisted spike... but i kinda think they could've added sometihng else to more reassure their roller coaster record

"Ugh..."
Impulses are indeed great. No one will be dissapointed. When i first saw V2@SGFAm I honestly didn't expect much. I came off the ride amazed. Wicked Twister is a modified V2, so there's no doubt in my mind that it will be great.
I've personally never ridden an Impulse. Can anyone describe the launch and spike climb sensations?

Yeah, are they going to still keep the line open right up until close?  With one train and a long line, how late will those crews have to stay.  Although, and I feel like I'm answering my own question, I've noticed you never realy see a line over 3-3 1/2 hours long.  Occasionally, yes, but it seems that people won't wait over 3 hours, so maybe it'll be like MF and they'll be done at 1 am (or so, depending on closing time) as I did several times on MF, riding the last or next to last train. :)
