Nice polo shirt...

I'm not sure if this has always been sold at the low price it's currently at but I just received my new polo shirt in the mail today and was rather surprised at the quality for $9.95.

I'm guessing they're trying to get rid of them and that's perfectly fine with me.

I highly suggest if you need an "After-the-Holidays" gift to give someone to purchase this for anyone, young and old, enthusiast or not.

Of course, go buy a Pointbuzz shirt too. :)

That's a good price. Nice to see that actual logo as well.

Nice catch, Loopy. I'm definitely gonna snarf one of those up.

My author website: mgrantroberts.com.

Yeah, count me in for one... Only question is: Will it run as big as all the other polos they sell? Loopy, perhaps you might be able to answer that?

Loopy says:

"Yes! The extra large is HUGE"

it is made of 100% cotton though, so we're hoping that it shrinks up a bit :)

Well, I actually said something to the effect of...

Holy *bleep*, did I order an XL?

I thought possibly it was a double at first. As Jess said, it's 100% cotton, so hopefully it shrinks a bit.

I'll report back after laundry day this weekend. Either way, it's still a nice shirt for the money.

I almost forgot, if you do order one of these now, the website says that any order placed after December 18th won't be processed until January 2nd.

Just in case anyone wanted to wear theirs for New Years or something, I didn't want them to be disappointed. ;)

So, they run absolutely huge then?

Let me know how much it shrinks, because that will determine if I pick up a S or M.

Thanks.

My secret Santa at work got me one, a Medium, and yes they run large. Washed it once in warm water, didn't seem to help, gonna try hot water next.

I ordered mine this morning. Can't wait.

Yea but how? I can't find them on this site. Do you guys have a CP day where you all wear your Pointbuzz shirts with your online name on them?

And speaking of PointBuzz shirts, would be nice to expand the selection to other items (sweatshirts, caps, etc).

Believe me, from personal experience, no amount of hot water will ever shrink those shirts.

It isn't out of the realm of possibility that a limited expansion of PointBuzz merchandise would come along with version 2.0 of the site (no, I don't even know when we'll start working on it, let alone launch it ... but it is coming).

But, to be fair, there isn't exactly high demand. :)

hint hint... he needs shirt sales to boost his ego since he lost badly in Fantasy Football ;)

Big talk from someone who has won nothing. It's such an odd occurrence for me not to win a fantasy football championship, that Ben continues to show his shock and amazement by bringing it up whenever possible. :) You're not used to playing this late in the season, but it's OK. It's a new experience, I know, but it won't be a concern next year for you. :)

So I washed the shirt as I normally would, in warm water and dried on medium and it seems to have shrunk a bit.

I'd probably say, buy whatever size you normally would.

Josh..buy a medium. ;)

EDIT: I did a bit of research on the manufacturer of the shirt and it seems that this particular shirt with embroidery from the manufacturer costs $29.95 but goes down in price for the higher quantity you purchase. Even at the deepest discount, the shirt is still $23.08. $9.95 is a crazy low price and the shirt is of really high quality.
