If you classify changes as a 'repair' as opposed to a 'renovation', ADA does not have to be followed to the letter. This is what U of M did with Michigan Stadium several years back when they re-did the bowl; though that was not as simple as it should have been. Luminosity? Do you by chance mean Starlight Experience? Luminosity's booth is opposite the stage.

And even starlight was not run from top of fort. There was some equipment located up there but the actual controls were located on the other side of the midway in the Rock Shop.

Good to know. I never was quite sure where the Starlight booth was.
