For anybody who lives in Cleveland or gets the Plain Dealer you should check out the bottom of the metro section for January 4th 2003 because there is a picture of a statue of some confederate soldier and in the backround of the picture, there is a clear view of #16. Number 16 has just been unoficially announced to cleveland!!!

good call CPunk. I noticed that too, i never get the PD but thought I would w/ the nice OSU front page. That picture is rather suspicous. They were probably looking to take that picture of the statue and saw that they could sneakily fit the new ride in. Quite clever!

Actually, there has already been many articles on the ride. The most recent reporting that the tower has been topped off. I think it went to several affiliates of MSNBC News...Cleveland, Orlando, etc.

Why a soldier?

At a park or something near Cedar Point there is a statue of an old Civil war soldier, they were doing an article or small little thing on him and cleverly put #16 in the backround.

They have it for download on their website, but once it's complete, it says that the file has an error and can't open.

Can you please tell us where the file is anyway? Maybe if you save it to disk first, then open it, it will work.
