I don't know if I'm so worried anymore about MF being down as much as I am the impending doom, er.. thunderstorms.

Well if Pete and I do our annual Coastermania ritual, it won't matter. ;)

Do I even want to know what that is?

They have ACE, they have others, but why not "Pointbuzz Coaster Club" or "Coasterbuzz Coaster Club???" Something in the future??? ;-)

And CoasterBuzz Club members have been admitted to Coastermania since the club started. This will be the fifth year.

Should have some kind of combo membership. Get a Coasterbuzz membership for full price and get half-off a Pointbuzz membership.

Goodbye MrScott

John

I'd buy a Point Buzz membership for half off with my Coaster Buzz membership.

That would be a good idea. Of course, I have both at full price already and will continue to enjoy ad free experiences. $32 a year is nothing for no ads on my 2 most visited sites.

I don't know if I'm going to make it on Friday now, and I'm kind of not sure if that's a bad thing anymore from the weather I've been seeing.

Then again, it's not Coaster-RAINia without the storms every year.

If it rains, go back to your cabin (or hotel room) and rest up for the evening ERT.

There is no deal because PointBuzz is a joint venture. Walt shouldn't get less for someone spending money on something he doesn't own.

$32 is cheap. Cough up the money, cheapos ;)

I would say (bet) - Sunday morning and test trains will be running. Maybe Sat. night late if lucky.

I posted this on the the Down? thread as well but according to Tony and Tyler MF is down due to an "electrical problem" which mean anything at this point. I would be willing to guess that there is at least 200 inputs and outputs controled by the PLC in the station alone. Not to mention transformers, power supply units, sensors and switches, circuit protection. Makes me wonder if the Boneheads working on the new ride crossed the red wire with the white wire and had their own "Summer Spectacular".

The Force wasn't with us today, never even saw it test once. May the Force be with you all this weekend...

ejh1701, I am your farther's, uncle's, cousin's, brother's, newphew's former roommate.

I think a motor or something that makes the lift go is broken... why they don't get more specific on what broke is beyond me, does it really matter if people know or not?

The message on the site says that it's down but may up later, which in the past meant that ERT got pushed to evening for Coastermania. I guess we'll see.
